Making coffee, making cappuccino, using an organic coffee blend or a 100% Arabica blend are important things, but why we do not consider important tell to the client the true quality of our espresso?
In the world of wine labels speak about composition and processing of grapes, but in the world of coffee nobody tries to tell about what kind of coffees and what characteristics we find in the espresso we are sipping.
And again, because everyone simply write 100% Arabica and nobody talks about shade grown coffee or discontinuous roasting? These elements can be crucial for the quality of the cup.
That is the aim of the new communication line of Mokaflor: bring the coffee, the different blends and their quality elements at the centre of the client's attention, using a graphic that is fun, advertising and energy.
The new graphics are thought to be used in many ''sensible'' points of the bar. Small Panels on the counter, new menus (with the Mokaflor exclusives recipes), large and attractive wall panels until the new ''single origine'' bookmarks and the 'Around the cup', which, served with the espresso, finally telling the world, the composition and characteristics that will help the client to ' listen'' the true quality of our espresso.
